Humera was so lovely, listened to what I wanted with my hair and then gave me the most beautiful cut! This was my first time with her and I'm glad I came. She really took her time to perfect my hair. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I went in for a hair restyle and manicure. The restyle was a big decision for me as I've always stuck to trims, and this was my first time with Humera's Beauty. I am grateful to both ladies, Humera and Alisha (who did my manicure). These 2 are wonderful ladies, who were forthcoming in sharing their experiences with their art, and giving good general advice in regards to haircare and well-being. Also had a good time just generally chatting to both. Thank you ladies for also helping to maintain my privacy when the workers arrived. I hope to visit again at a later date 😊
