I had 3 Pico laser facials and lip filler over the last few months. It took weeks to pluck up courage to go in for a consultation but I am so glad I did . Mollie is lovely, she makes you feel at ease instantly, no pressure to have any treatment or sell the most costly treatment . I can honestly say the results I have had so far have exceed my expectations and I have just booked to try the CO2 laser after a free detailed discussion about alternative options and any fears I have . I had the new Co2 laser treatment around my eyes today and Fran was great, very calming, explained to me what she would be doing when and was thorough in her treatment; advising me of next steps and what I need to do to best aid my recovery. Can't wait to see my results!

Pam is just amazing at what she does, I explained my issues and she worked her magic. She talks to you all the way through explaining what she's doing and why as well as making sure everything is ok. This is my 2nd time of seeing her and I can't wait for my next session in the very near future.

Micro needling 2nd session . Really lovely experience with fran ,she’s so nice and really makes you feel relaxed and calm . Try’s to make you feel has comfortable has possible , and I noticed a difference after the first session.it can only get better ☺️

Am amazing experince with Gemma. I was a little apprehensive about my first laser session, but as soon as I walked thought the door, that was gone. I’ve been going to Gemma for various treatments for years, so didn’t hesitate to have laser sessions with her after a no pressure chat about what it involves. She explained everything thoroughly. She’s incredibly professional and I now trust her completely - it’s obvious she cares about her work/clients. She’s also a lovely, friendly person who I feel comfortable with - in the past I’ve felt awkward going to new people for treatments but Gemma really puts you at ease. Her clinic is also extremely clean - I’m very fussy! I’ve loved my laser results and will be having more done in the future.
