Late afternoon appointment for a cut and blow-dry was perfect for me. Really enjoyed the friendly, soothing vibe with soft music. My hair cut was exactly what I wanted - looks and feels soft and shiny again.

Really happy with my hair. I asked for subtle highlights and that was exactly what I got! As well as as a really good cut. Again, I was particular about how much to cut. So often hairdressers cut too much off! Not this one....I felt listened to.

Once again, Lucie did a fantastic job at cutting my hair. It really does take the weight off my shoulders when I finally get my hair cut, as my hair gets really thick after a few months. There’s no better place than Mirage Hair and Beauty in Herne Bay when getting your hair cut.

Over the past 6 months, Jess has helped me on a long "corrective" journey, following poor advice and sub standard spmu from another so-called artist. Jess is not only the "Master" in her knowledge, & experience, she is also a Trainer and PMU Judge, so look no further and run! (don't walk). No need to compare prices with others, as her expertise is priceless and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through the removal process as I did, from cheaper, inferior work on my precious face 😉. With Jess, I got there in the end 🙏 - I learned a hard lesson (so you don't have to).

Jess is amazing and so incredibly talented. I genuinely look forward to going to see her! She is also very accommodating with wheelchair accessibility - she has a ramp and also a wheelchair accessible toilet, and she always goes out of her way to make sure I am comfortable. Also one of the reasons I originally got in touch with Jess is because she uses vegan friendly products, which is awesome. I can highly recommend her, she really knows what she is doing and you can always trust her to do an amazing job 🩷

A beautiful clinic in a beautiful location offering many beauty enhancements, from permanent makeup to aesthetics, waxing, facials, laser treatments and massage. Jess has successfully corrected two previous, poorly carried out procedures by other PMU artists and happily, I feel confident in her hands & highly recommend her professionalism, skill, knowledge & experience. A friendly & uplifting experience at her salon, Jess is a master at her craft & makes every one of her clients feel special & valued. 🫶🏻💞💃🏻

Really enjoying my treatments with Jess and going through the process of tattoo removal and combination brow. A beautiful relaxing environment where I feel at ease and calm. Jess is a really lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional woman. Can’t wait to visit again in 3 months 😊
