Donjeta always does an amazing job on my hair. She did a beautiful cut on my extensions to blend them perfectly. She is knowledgeable and was able to fix an extension bead that a different stylist (not from HER) had installed. I live in Toronto but always make the trip to Burlington for my hair appointments at HER because it is so worth it

Finding a great brow artist is always a challenge IMO. Thankfully, Carson is here in Burlington now! I’d put her in the same category as my Manhattan ideal. Not sure how Cobie (the owner of Her Studios) does it but she has the best team of experts.

Katie is always great! She does a wonderful job with my roots, and is always great to chat with. One suggestion for management is to have a Nespresso/coffee machine in the salon for clients to have a warm beverage while waiting.

Elora gave me an amazing experience and service. She was extremely helpful in helping me find the best cut for my curly hair. She also asked questions about how I styled and treated my hair at home to properly style my hair at the end of the service. I attempted cutting my own hair at home (horrible idea lol) and when I told her she never made me feel embarrassed about it. I love my new hair style and I am excited to see her again when the time comes!

A few months ago I came in to meet with Katie and start to go blonder in preparation for my upcoming wedding. After sharing that I wanted to get extensions she suggested that I meet with Donjeta who could colour match me for extensions. When I came in for my appointment today, Katie and Donjeta had already chatted and she knew exactly the direction I was looking to take my hair… Talk about an awesome team that really cares about their clients! I mixed up the services when I scheduled but Katie was flexible and was able to still give me a great blunt cut, blow out and curl and fit me in the following Thursday for a tzone touch up. Great service!

I had originally booked the appointment with Amber. In one of the reminder emails the stylist had changed to someone else and then at the actual appointment there was Serena who did my haircut. No complaints with Serena but just wondering what’s the point of choosing a stylist if the salon is gonna change it based on availability.

Amy Pope is the best stylist I have ever gone too. She is honest and fair and takes pride in her work. I also appreciate that she is very skilled in her craft and has the confidence to share her opinion. This makes for a trusting client/provider relationship.
