Always love my treatments at The Cryo Lab, whether it’s the Cryo Chamber, getting a Spray Tan, or having a Cryo Facial. But my favourite is definitely the Body Balancing, it has such great benefits and I get to completely relax and even fall asleep during this treatment. Thank you to Lisa, always looks after me.

I’ve had a cryotherapy chamber session this evening followed by a leg massage by Jordanne, I went in feeling achy and stiff and now feel lovely and relaxed, Thank you xx
