Erica is a very precise and careful professional, that talked me through a wax that could have been painful but wasn't. She's a real skin expert. Plus made sure my bike wasn't stolen! Which was very kind.

Had my first appointment with Erika today for an assessment of my skin. She was really knowledgable and explained everything in great detail to help me understand how we can improve my skin. She did a specific facial for my skin and gave me a great treatment plan going forwards and I look forward to seeing my results!

This women really knows all about skin she has and still helping me massively with my acne and my acne scars also this has helped me so much with my depression and anxiety and making me feel better getting out the house and feeling more confident in my skin also trust the process :)
