I went for an infrared sauna and a massage in a massage chair. The massage chair was unexpectedly fantastic (not like the airport ones at all, which is what I half expected it to be), the infrared sauna was good too, although its effect remains to be seen. The set-up is utilitarian so don't expect a spa experience, and there aren't any showers (which I knew beforehand). This suited me absolutely fine! I'll definitely be back. 4 stars because there were no hooks for clothes in the changing rooms, which had to go on the floor. Not a good first impression!

Just had an amazing ice cryotherapy session — super professional staff, clean facility, and top-notch service. Felt instantly refreshed and recovered. Highly recommend!

I had the best massage ever! The massage chairs are like no other I've used or seen. They massage you from you toes all the way to your head. Great value for money.All the machines at Zone Recovery are brand spanking new 2024 - 2025 technology. I have been to quite a few places that also offer oxygen chamber, Cryotherapy etc, and I have never used machines as advanced as these. I couldn't recommend more highly. I would give them 10 stars if I could

I was very apprehensive about how cold this would be . Yes it was cold , however how good I felt after the 3 minutes made it all worth it. I feel so much better , this is definitely my new go to place . EK cryo, is professional and answered any questions I had. Can’t wait for my next session. 👍🏻
