I had my first electrolysis session today and it went far better than expected. I was nervous beforehand, but the experience was calm, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. I used Emla numbing cream and I’m so glad I did - I barely felt the needle in most areas, and even the spots I missed were manageable. The environment was soothing and I felt completely at ease throughout. If you’re considering electrolysis but feeling unsure, I’d absolutely recommend this place. Great first experience. I left feeling calm, confident, and cared for.

Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. I started my journey a few weeks ago at Park Lane wellness with a package for Massage and Emerald Laser. I found it to be excellent – and can see the results very clearly after the first session. Over the weeks I’ve noticed that there’s been a distinctive increase in energy ATP in my muscular system, especially my legs and a reduction in body fat in that area as well as my tummy so I couldn’t be happier. It definitely works and feels very safe and effective – I’ll probably keep up maintenance sessions once back from holiday. Aurora and all the staff are professional and welcoming****
