My husband fractured his wrist and injured himself while falling off a ladder and we couldn’t get in to a doctor over the weekend. I took him into Body WRL, and Dee and Christian took such wonderful care of him! He did the NovoTHOR red light therapy as well as cryotherapy, and his swelling has already gone down so much. Thank you so much for taking such great care of him and we will definitely come back soon!

Great cryotherapy session, space was lovely, staff was great! Keen to try out all the different modalities on offer now.

Had my First visit today and will definitely be back ! I had some compression therapy and local cryotherapy , both were very effective treatments and look foward trying some other treatments.Also the staff were super helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming !

I had previously visited Body WRL to try out a couple of the wellness offerings, but this afternoon my wife and I spent several hours enjoying a number of different treatments. Starting with the float tank, we shared 45 minutes of absolute bliss and a feeling of zero gravity. This was followed by 30 mins of infrared sauna, 20 mins reclining in a meditation/massage/oxygen chair and then 3 minutes each in the cryotherapy chamber which was exhilarating! My wife also experienced the facial cryotherapy treatment and said it was amazing. Perfect Sunday. Body WRL team are wonderful and so welcoming.

Another incredible experience at WRL! Staff are super attentive and I cannot rate this spa more highly. My body has needed this type of healing and therapy for months! The cryotherapy and Red Light body therapy has already eased my pain in 24-48 hours. WRL I am buying packs next and will be a regular vistor ✨💫✨✨✨!!
