Love Super Young. The experienced staff provide great advice for specific needs. I had a sore lower back and treid red light then a cryo which greatly helped my back and I slept so well and woke up so much better the next day. I have also tried the HOCATT which was another hugely beneficial modality.

Anna and team fantastic work on my Curly hair - the new Monay Cryotherapy (keratin) treatment is worth it!

It was such a great session. Cryotherapy, recovery boots, led treatment, sauna and ice bath. I feel reinvigorated totally.

Feeling remarkably refreshed after my visit to Super-Young. Derek, thank you for your time today. You’ve got me hooked! Tried the cryotherapy chamber which was pretty exhilarating, I must say. Felt renewed after only a few minutes and it really wasn’t nearly as unbearable as I thought it might be ha! The team are phenomenal, the space itself stunning and the treatments are world class. Saw the team due to general fatigue. Took the InBody scanner test…turns out I wasn’t as fit & healthy as I thought I was! The nurse was super switched on to interpret my results. Started with a Cryotherapy session…brain fog was instantly gone. Coming back for full blood work…

Anna gave me a lovely fresh look and I am super happy with the colour, as I have not had colour for many years :)
