I had the best experience. The staff were so friendly and informative. I did the sauna and then the red light therapy. The staff explained how to use the red light bed. So, I felt so comfortable and so relaxed after my session. The red light therapy felt so good on my body easing my aches and pains. I will definitely be back so I can feel even better!

I will definitely be back. There is so much variation in the products here to help you on your way to being pain free, youthful or in your wellness prime. I want to try all of them! The staff are also very helpful and put a lot of time towards showing me all the available rooms. If you are into your health this is the place to go. 😊
