Initially I just wanted to try the infrared sauna as I heard it was really good for the body and skin. I've been battling with acne and eczema for a while now and I just noticed less inflammation in my skin and my eczema has been behaving since I have done the infrared sauna. I reckon it is indeed worth the try. I keep coming back for another session every 2 or 3 weeks and it feels good! Anna and the staffs havebeen really great and the facilities were nice and tidy.

I booked the new client package that included Cryotherapy, Lymphatic Compression, Colon Hydrotherapy and Infrared Sauna. The experience was amazing! Anna guided me kindly through all the treatments steep by step and made me feel calm and safe at every step. I would recommend Wellness @ Wilson to anyone who wants to look after their own body and be healthy.

Great experience using the normatec boots and Cryotherapy. Anna is amazing and very knowledgeable.

My friend and I did the Fire and Ice experience. Great experience, good explanation, well run, good communication with us. We were directed clearly and guided through the cryotherapy tank with confidence.

I had to have a colonoscopy and couldn’t do the normal drink preparation and so my doctor allowed me to do 3 colonics in a row just before my colonoscopy. This was much more pleasant than having to drink that horrible drink. I had the procedure and my doctor was able to get results. He did say he grades clients preparation out of 9. He said mine was a 7 BUT it was enough to confirm I had no polups or any bowel cancers. So thank you Wellness for such good service and for my thoughts going forward for any future colonoscopies. My Wellness experience today is 5 stars. The staff are very professional and make you feel very relaxed. After my first colonic I feel very relaxed and fresh. I am doing 3 colonics over 4 days as I am having a colonoscopy on Wednesday. These colonics are instead of bowl prep which is just horrible. My doctor has agreed that colonics will clean out my bowel same as bowl prep. Thanks Wellness for me not having to go through that horrible bowel prep. Wendy
