Firstly, the 90 min goes so fast however I feel like my body has benefited from every min of that time. I have been 2 weeks in a row and my therapist expertly chose to do a slightly different massage on my second visit to take into account my muscle concerns. I couldn't wish for more than this and I have definitely found my new massage location for both and remedial and relaxation massage.
