To me, it always a treat when I see someone being passionate about what they do. Natalie made me feel super comfortable and confident. I went in for a FREE QUOTE hair extensions consultation. I had never done them before but I felt I could trust on the job to be done. It is also important to say that I did not feel rushed. Elysian Hair is a very private and intimate space, where I was made to feel safe and listened to. Can’t wait for more visits!

Really pleased with my colour and cut from Natalie. She took lots of time to get to know my hair and talked through what would work well. My consultation before hand was really thorough. It was a lovely morning in the beautiful new salon, which is really nicely done and makes for a really relaxing experience! I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

wonderful as always, Ruby cut my hair exactly as I requested, she is a very cheerful and skillfull lady.the whole salon is full of smiling faces, prices are reasonable, very happy with my chosen hair salon.

Literally the best hair experience I've had. Claire was welcoming, friendly, clearly knowledgeable & gave sound advice. I turned up with no real idea what I wanted but knowing I needed change. She was quick to suggest what she thought would suit, something with a subtle change but with big impact. Straight away I trusted her. I loved the result! Would highly recommend & have found my new go to hairdresser 😁.

An amazing experience. Tennille invested time before the appt with a thorough consultation to check colour and cut were right and that she’d know how my hair would react as this was my first appointment. My hair was tested for tolerance and a test piece coloured so I knew what it would look like before she started. The appointment itself was great, I felt really relaxed and not rushed at all, I wasn’t squeezed around other clients but given Tennille’s complete attention. All of this together with eco friendly gorgeous smelling products means I am 100% going back. I LOVE the end result!!!

Claire was very friendly and welcoming. I felt very listened to and Claire checked in all through to check all was OK with the cut. Head massage was amazing during the conditioning part of the hair wash. Highly recommended 👌
