The team at Aura Beauty are always super attentive and adapt to the client's needs on the day. You feel like part of the family and I can honestly say it is an amazing experience. The team at Bespoke beauty are so down to earth and welcoming, it literally feels like you are going to visit good friends. I am so nervous about needles but somehow I’m always at ease and look forward to my appointments! Not to mention the quality of the products used and the expertise of Debs and the team. I don’t go to my local beauty salons I travel over 30 miles to Bespoke because I know I’m in the safest of hands.

Wonderful! Aimee makes you feel so welcome right from the start. Such a lovely salon, so chilled and relaxed. I had 3 areas of Tox today, and Aimee is so professional and kind. She explains everything. Absolutely pain free! I highly recommend The Glow Up clinic, if you’re considering any beauty treatments. What a lovely place and even more lovely lady. I left feeling very happy, with my review booked for two weeks. Can’t wait for the results 🥰

I’ve been going to Donna for years, and have followed her from salon to salon. I am beyond delighted for her that she’s now her own boss. She’s not just an incredibly skilled nail tech and beautician, she’s also kind, sassy, and just the right amount of bad assy! Every visit is more than just a beauty appointment, it’s a catch-up, a laugh, and a little escape from the everyday. Donna always makes you feel welcome, valued, and fabulous. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she somehow always knows exactly what you need, whether it’s a glam new set of nails or just a good old natter.

Thank you for the most beautiful Indian Head Massage Anna! This is my favourite treatment I’ve ever had, Anna’s massage flow is so smooth and fluid, her techniques are truly world-class and I am incredibly grateful and lucky to live only 5 minutes away from her gorgeous cabin in Titchfield. Anna works on your shoulders as well as your neck, traps and of course scalp, from start to finish it was excellent ❤️

First time at OTC arrived and was instantly greeted with a warm welcome and an offer of a tea or coffee. My treatment was thoroughly explained and the result was perfect. I had two treatments with two beauticians who were friendly and professional. The salon was quaint and clean. Just rebooked thank-you!

Annabella is absolutely lovely, she made me feel very comfortable, easy to talk to and explained everything to me. Exactly what I was looking for, as I didn't want to go to an intimidating salon/beauty room, her premises is private and beautifully presented. So pleased I found her. X

I honestly can’t recommend Katie enough. It was my first time ever going to a beauty treatment salon and I was quite nervous as to what to expect. Katie was so truely lovely and friendly and put me at my ease straight away. I actually really enjoyed myself. The treatment I had was for tightening up my upper arms and thighs due to weight loss and I must say that the treatment is amazing, especially on my arms. I’m now booked in for my face and can’t wait to see the results.

Botox was a new experience for me today and I felt in really safe hands. Kirsty was so helpful and informative and could answer absolutely everything with confidence. She was really gentle and kind, explaining everything as she went along to provide reassurance. A beautiful and really clean salon too! Thanks Kirsty ☺️
