Caitlin is the best hairdresser my partner and I have ever had. She is always friendly and chatty and a few times has been really flexible when I couldn't make it. Caitlin is the only hairdresser I have been to for four years and is a great ambassador for the business! As we are leaving Leicester, I can only say that we will miss her deeply

facial and head massage was absolutely amazing. The facial left my skin feeling smooth, and the head massage was extremely relaxing.

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Her new salon is so nice, clean and spacious 😍 I always recommend her to all my friends and family xxx

A stylist building set in an idyllic part of Leicester that doesn't fail to deliver high quality styles while maintaining a friendly, all-welcome attitude. There is a stylist for everyone of all ages. Been using them for the past 8 years and would never look anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

My first time visiting Shaz yesterday and she took great care when doing my waxing and eyebrow tint. My eyebrows looks amazing! And the waxing was great too she made the whole process so easy relaxing and smooth for me. Definitely will be a regular going forwards! Highly recommend! Thank you

Phobea is the best hairdresser in the world ! . She has worked her magic and transformed my hair with a treatment which keeps my hair smooth and shiny for months to come. I’m really excited to wash my hair and see the results and I throughly enjoyed my time in the salon it’s so tranquil and stylish. Thanks so much ! The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!
