Absolutely love L.E.V hair and beauty i go for my nails eyebrows and hair wouldn't trust anyone else now. I have beening going there since the shop opened. They do a fantastic job on all the things I get done can't recommend them enough. Best place in leicester the team there have become family to me.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Wow, wow, wow… thank you so much to Fran for the most fabulous hair! You are an absolute superstar. It was my first visit, and I felt at ease straight away—Fran was so friendly and instantly knew exactly what to do with my hair it was done to perfection, and I absolutely love it! Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in, and all the ladies there are amazing. The salon is a real gem and well worth a visit.

My roots were done today by nessey and i had my roots cut, they were long, I wish they relized when I say to skin it dosent mean a few mm in lenght she also deied my cut off so when i wash it im thinking a lot of dye will come out

Everyone was so nice and supportive especially my stylist Megan who put in the effort to talk and make me feel comfortable offered drinks several times and reassured me several times did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel and look absolutely stunning without damaging or ruining my hair at all love the place so much would 100% recommend others to go and get their treatment or colouring from here very very experienced and professional

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! My mum is obsessed with her hair , it looks so genuine and the hair they use is so accurate to how her real hair feels , the blend is so clean and smooth like she has no extensions added , we had mati she’s really talkative and always has good energy and if anyone wants keratin bonds u should go to her because her hair extensions have lasted so long
