I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

I'm a client at Hideaway Hair Salon, and my hair stylist, Heidi, is amazing! I've had various services: full head colour, Bayalage, root colour, hair cuts, blow dry etc and have been very happy every single time! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the salon has a great atmosphere! I am beyond satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Hideaway Hair Salon for fabulous hair & fantastic service! Ps They also make a perfect cup of tea!😁

I am always scared about going to new salons after years at the same one but I was surprised in a very good way...had a lovely shampoo and scalp massage and a very good cut with Morgan....she was thorough and cut it very well....I will be going back...lovely team as well

I had such a lovely salon experience today all the girls are so friendly and welcoming. I had a keratin blowdry treatment with the lovely apprentice Willow, she was so professional and my hair feels amazing, I would recommend this treatment to anyone with unruly frizzy hair. ☺️

I have recently had a hair smoothing treatment at Hideaway which was done by Willow who is an apprentice there. Willow is super friendly and remained very professional at all times. The end result was amazing and I would have no hesitation in having any future treatments with Willow. I would highly recommend her to others.

Had new treatment … hair so soft! Love my colour… no more greys… woohoo!

All ways very friendly and every hair cut is on point and the coffee isn’t to bad either
