I presented to Carrie-Anne with a Sweeney Todd, F'ed up, butchered hair cut provided by another business. She took the time to listen to me, gave me realistic advice, and reassured me. I left feeling like me again! With every snip I could feel her all was being put in, she wanted me to feel good, not just to quickly get it done. From the moment she opened the door to the time I left, I felt comfortable, there was no forced conversation, no awkward silence, just a natural flow. I'm blown away by her and the cut. I had a great experience at the salon! I came in just for a trim, and my stylist Channelle did an amazing job. They really listened to what I wanted, kept the length I asked for, and gave my hair a healthy, fresh look. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxing, and the service was professional.

I’ve been going to Courtney for years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! She’s amazing at everything – colours, cuts, and complete restyles – and always takes the time to get it just right. She’s so friendly, chatty, and patient, and always greets you with a big smile (and a lovely cuppa!). Every visit feels like catching up with a friend. Highly recommend!
