I had a fantastic experience at Urban Hair & Co today — all the girls are wonderful! Vicky, Mia, Isabelle and Lilyan create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. A special mention goes to Lilyan, who recently did a Keratin treatment on my fine, brittle hair. She gave it so much attention and care, and the results were amazing. She’s also responsible for the best cut I’ve had in a long time. Her skill and patience really make all the difference. Highly recommend Urban Hair & Co and their incredible team! Without a doubt, the finest salon in Sydney that I've visited! Zena and Jay were incredibly welcoming. I needed to have my hair urgently coloured and cut whilst on my trip to sydney as it was way overdue. Ashleigh Maree understood exactly what I wanted and seamlessly did a wonderful job! I have been going to Urban hair for a year now. I’m fairly high maintenance with long unruly hair. I require colour every 3 weeks, regular cuts, treatments, blowdries and recently a keratin treatment. They always accommodate me when I need to see them on short notice. I appreciate that especially considering I travel from the Central Coast. Vicki, Mia & Isabel are the best. I have left the salon super happy every time.

This was my second time getting the jap hair wash! My hair feels luscious, soft, shiny and smooth! The first time I went was with my mum and it was great! However the second time I went I felt like it was a little too harsh when washing my face , especially when I had lash extensions on. Otherwise it was a great service! Would love to go again , but please be mindful to not rub the eyes too hard!

Ashley is amazing!! Listened to what I was hoping for and worked with me to achieve it with minimal damage. She was so lovely throughout the appointment and helped me with how to style my new layers. The colour I got was better than I hoped and I love how it turned out!! <3
