Beth is amazing, talented and a perfectionist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I moved to London now but still travel back to Southampton once a month for my facial with Beth, so that must tell you how fabulous she is! Plus I love our little chats during our facial. Highly recommend

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Paris , was excellent as always, tried a new treatment today, microneedling with a chemical peel, highly recommend, my skin feels amazing & lush lashes as always

Very friendly and efficient. Treatment (chemical peel) didn't work as I hoped but maybe my expectations were too high

Kelly was so caring and extremely professional, so much so that I have booked again and will be looking to use the massaging options in the near future

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

After struggling with my skin for months I decided to reach out to Jess mainly for educational advice. I have suffered from hormonal acne for a while now, Jess was amazing and very thorough. She carried out a consultation and then made a treatment plan which was tailored to me. I had a peel with Jess. Already my skin feels calmer. I feel so much more at ease that I have met someone highly knowledgeable, nothing has been a problem for Jess and I have messaged her a few times now with questions. I can’t wait to go back for my second treatment. Highly recommend.

Eyebrow Service Review, Marta I recently had my eyebrows done by Marta and I couldn't be happier with the result! From the moment I arrived, she was fully present and focused on me no distractions, just genuine care and attention. She made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process, taking time to listen to what I wanted and offering great advice based on my face shape. The work itself was brilliant my brows look perfectly shaped, natural, and exactly how I'd hoped they would. I've already had so many compliments on them! Would absolutely recommend Marta.

I received an appointment at The Skin Society as a gift from my daughter during my visit from Germany, and it turned out to be the most professional and welcoming experience! From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client! Jessica's studio will definitely be on my to-do list every time I visit my daughter in Southampton. Highly recommended!
