Absolutely blown away with the Spa Retreat Facial. Jess knows me so well after only a few months, recommending treatments with a massage element. I tried this for the first time today and I’ve come home feeling uplifted and energised. Jess has chosen my next treatment at random as a surprise as I really don’t think I could be disappointed with any of the treatments she offers. I think I’m working my way through the list now 😆

Beth is amazing, talented and a perfectionist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I moved to London now but still travel back to Southampton once a month for my facial with Beth, so that must tell you how fabulous she is! Plus I love our little chats during our facial. Highly recommend

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! I had a very positive experience at Kristian’s studio. He is professional, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about his treatments. I also appreciated his individual approach, attention to detail and warm, friendly nature. I am very happy with the results of my lip treatment – they look beautiful and natural. Everything was explained to me and I felt safe and well taken care of. Krystian’s studio is very clean and you can see that he takes hygiene standards very seriously.   I highly recommend Kristian to anyone who is looking for high quality treatments and a professional approach.
