Was really struggling with swelling and so I messaged Karen asking if she had any last minute availability for that day, she called straight away and had me in within an hour…when I got there I found out it was actually her day off but she came in especially to help me! That is someone who does this job to help others and not just for a job! She works wonders everytime and really is lovely! Wouldn’t go to anyone els. Defo book in!

Always a lovely experience here. Karen is professional and friendly and makes you feel at ease instantly. I use the natural body cafe for colonics and Karen makes the whole process feel natural, I wouldn't go anywhere else, she has a wealth of experience and looks at any issues you have holistically. Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.
