Whatever I expected, this experience exceeded it in every way! My first time visiting Freeda and Michelle for a ZO peel. I’ve had many skin peels, facials and treatments in my time but never one this AMAZING. I felt pampered in every sense, and my former experiences of having peels were never what I would describe as “pampering”. She greeted me as if I were a close friend and is so precious. She’s also so beautiful, ethical and knowledgable about her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and have already booked in my next session. I wish I could see her every week! The salon is stunning!

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.

Today I had microneedling with Sarah. I've never had anything done like this. I was so nervous but Sarah made me feel so at ease and explained the process and aftercare in full detail. I shuffer with open pores and want to help give my skin a clearer look. Even after my treatment my skin looks and feels AMAZING. I can see the difference already and my skin look so fresh with a beautiful glow. I cant wait to return for more and skin peels. Sarah is so helpful with advise and creating a plan for your own personal target, also giving advise how to look after your skin at home. Thanks Sarah.

Another delightful treatment at Serene. I had the Vitaran Polynucleotides treatment. This is the third time I've had this treatment, as I've been so impressed with the results. My skin had the usual little bumps when I left the clinic, but most had disappeared by the following morning. As always, Sarah was friendly and professional. The clinic is beautifully presented, clean, calming, with plenty of parking. I always look forward to my appointments, not only because they're so relaxing, but because I genuinely see the benefits afterwards. As always, I'm already looking at what to book next

I've been coming to Serene for my treatments for a while now, and this was my first visit to the new clinic. It's a beautiful fresh space with such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. I managed to get a same-day microneedling appointment, and I'm so glad I did. As always, the treatment was fabulous. Professional, friendly, effective and so relaxing. Such a great experience at the salon with Laura. A last minute change on the appt plan due to the weather and Laura did a beautiful up do for me. She was totally flexible with the changes and an amazing result. Loved it ❤️ Will definitely return!
