⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Mona enough! I originally went in hoping to have fat dissolving under my chin, but after assessing me, Mona was completely honest and explained that I didn't actually have enough fat for the treatment to make a noticeable difference. I really appreciated her honesty rather than trying to sell me something that wouldn't work. I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

Had a treatment with Robbie today. He was warm, welcoming and friendly! I would highly recommend him and any of the services at Wax for men & Wax for women! Robbie took his time with the treatment and paid attention to the small details and talked me through everything he was doing, I didn’t feel rushed in and out. Just been and had an amazing pumpkin 🎃 facial with peel and first time under LED lights and steam. This was the best facial ever and I’ve had a few! Was worried about the led as can sometimes feel claustrophobic. But Rachel put me at ease and the whole experience was 5 star! Will def be booking again and maybe next time try it with dermaplane. The room was very calming and cknfidtsnke and at one point I almost drifted off. Highly recommend.

Liv always makes me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to talk through my skin concerns, explained what products she was using, and tailored the treatment specifically to my skin type.
