I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Very professional, great services and I’ve had outstanding results

I recently had an acne-focused facial, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the products she would be using. Her expertise and attention to detail immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire session. The facial was both super relaxing and effective, and my skin really improved within a few days.

Loved my first time. Ghaz’s welcome was very warm and felt authentic. Process didn’t feel like she anything was rushed. She devotes more than enough time to her client, and this is most important for me. She even had me take home a list of things to do, went over my skin care, etc. I have been looking for a partner to care for my skin, I found it in this clinic and in Ghaz. Definitely recommending.

My service was good itself but just a few notes. I could hear the other employee loudly ranting about something in the other room for about half of my treatment, she sounds like she was going through a lot an I have empathy but also people go to the spa to relax and unwind so maybe a good idea to be aware of how noise carries in a small space. I was also really put off by the auto tip options going up to 45% on your sale terminal, I always tip but found that suggestion pretty alarming, especially given that the prices for my treatment have gone up.
