I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. love my lashes so much! Kayla talked me through what she was doing, I originally booked for a double lash lift but she explained why just a regular lash lift would be better for my lashes, (which I appreciate over just doing it regardless, it showed how much she cared about the results!) and also went over what shape curl would be best for my eye shape. Will definitely be back again! :)

Rena is a lovely lady! Her service is great :) You’re not just another customer you’re cared for. I highly recommend this spa. <3 Location is great and situated in a quiet Burnaby neighbourhood community. No stress about finding parking either!
