It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

I recently had a laser hair removal treatment at this clinic and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My practitioner, Mariyah, was absolutely amazing — she made me feel so comfortable, especially as I was quite nervous to begin with. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and really easy to get to. The laser machine they use is top quality and virtually pain-free, which I didn’t expect. I also really appreciate how accommodating they were with my schedule.

I’ve just had my 3rd session with the lovely Marihah and I’m honestly so impressed with the results! After only 3 sessions I’ve already noticed a huge difference, far more than I expected. I didn’t believe laser could be painless, but the whole experience has been completely comfortable and stress-free, which makes such a difference. My hair is literally non existent other than a small patch on my leg but I’m sure that will go over my next few sessions! Thank you for everything swisslaser! Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!

I’ve just had my fourth laser session with Safa, and it was our first time actually meeting but it genuinely felt like we’d known each other forever. She is so lovely, warm, and reassuring, and you can immediately tell she really knows what she’s doing. Even though the machine was on the highest level, I honestly didn’t feel a thing.
