I had an appointment yesterday with Michael and was thoroughly impressed. He was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. I had both anti-wrinkle and skin booster treatments, and he carried them out with great care and precision. He really knows his stuff and made the whole experience feel very reassuring. I’ll definitely be returning – highly recommended.

Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

My first time having filler. Rachel has been administering Botox for me for a few years now. As usual she was her wonderful kind self, guiding me through the process. Booked her again 2 days later for a different treatment! - Came in for an impromptu Brow Shaping, she was quick, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She talks you through every step of the way, I hope Marta will be the facial treatment guru I desperately needed for a long time!

Brilliant, Julia is sensitive to giving treatment around the eyes. Had eye lash and brow shape n tint, first time ever its not stinged!

I had my first appointment with Julia today, and I was completely blown away. Julia's space is so lovely, with a window looking up to the sky you can enjoy whilst receiving your treatment. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable in her room. Julia took the time to explain everything to me and her skin care knowledge is incredible. Her attention to detail was amazing and my skin felt so rejuvenated afterwards. Such a reasonable price too. I will definitely be back, thankyou so much Julia.
