My first time having filler. Rachel has been administering Botox for me for a few years now. As usual she was her wonderful kind self, guiding me through the process. Im sure the results will be fantastic, giving me a real boost. As a footnote the reception area and treatment rooms are welcoming, stylish and spotlessly clean.

AMAZING! Michael is so kind, chatty and great at his job! he has taken an effort to get to know me and makes me feel so relaxed at my appointments and always does such a good job (even when i’m nervous) he allowed the appointment to go at my pace and was happy to take a break when i needed it, 10/10 treatment !

I have been receiving laser treatments from RK for a while, but felt like I was not seeing the results I wanted. But since being treated by Jazmin, it has taken a positive turn after just a couple of laser sessions with her. This is my 3rd time using Rachael Katie cosmetics I had thread lifts botox and fillers this time. Rachael was very professional and efficient and totally put me at ease. Fantastic, I had the lemon fat dissolving and RF, no pain it was actually very relaxing. Michael is an absolute diamond and puts you completely at ease.
