A great experience as always! As a PCOS sufferer, the treatments that Sarah provides to help me manage some of the symptoms of this condition, namely reflexology, reiki and IPL laser hair removal, are amazing & highly recommended! I cannot thank Sarah enough for how caring and welcoming she is. Some people may think the treatments are pricey but for the effectiveness and positive impact that they give you are definitely worth it, especially from a well-being perspective! Friendly and professional. Shame the Salon doesn’t have a receptionist as I was running late due to roadworks by the salon phoned multiple times but no answer and the phone didn’t even divert to another salon!!

I originally booked in with Sarah for a Hollywood wax however my pain tolerance is veryyyyy bad and I thought this was the only way I could get rid of my hair! That was until I met Sarah … she instantly explained to me all about IPL Hair Removal and the benefits of it, completely reassuring me of the process, what to expect and the results! She is the kindest and most considerate beauty specialist I’ve ever been too as she really listens her clients from what I have experienced! Plus she offers loads of amazing services to try and treat yourself too! 🫶🏼

Excellent experience, the staff were very welcoming and provided the treatment I requested, really helpful aftercare sheet also provided

Hayley was very patient and took time to review the ingredients of the skincare products I am recently using to ensure that they would not cause side effects post laser treatment to remove my facial hair. Hayley also explained about the procedure of preparing for the laser treatment ensuring I am aware of the duration of the treatment and what it entails while ensuring that I do not move the googles and leave them covering my eyes. She spent some time adjusting the googles ensuring that they covered my eyes comfortably and securely.

Kimberley is always so friendly and makes me feel at ease! I’m always so pleased with the outcome of my treatments with her & would recommend her to anyone thinking of visiting the salon.
