I currently suffer from dry complexion w/c gotten worse this year. Veronica recognized my worries during our consultation. She explained, took me thru the process of creating an efficient skin care plan, and gave input on w/c kind of treatment that is safe for my skin type. She was so patient while explianing to me the proper care procedure. I tried the routine after the consultation she suggested and boom! Just went there for my facial this morning. Once I step in, a very warm greeting to check in for my appointment. As I was the first time customer, they will ask in details in regards to my medical background and concern for my face . No hard selling at all during the treatment and also let me know step by step of what kind of procedures that they are doing. Will definitely go back to do other treatments in near future and also bring more friends to their clinic .

I am satisfied with my first session of treatment of my skin. Dr. Yam is talented, he looks at details and is very accurate with his consultation. Sierra is an amazing person, she is a very friendly, patient and talented skin care technician. I have deep old acne scars on my face. She did a vampire facial and PRP to my skin. Honestly, I didn't feel any pain during the session just a little bit of pain around my nose area. For the rest. I feel like she is massaging my face. After my first session, my face was very red for 3 days and then it peeled and healed exactly as Dr. Yam explained to me.

A very professional environment! Dr Yam is very knowledgeable, answers any and all questions to ensure you’re comfortable with the procedures going forward. Very transparent and pricing, and doesn’t at all push you to do more than you were looking for. I am so happy with my lip filler results, they look very natural and plump! I can’t wait for my botox to set in to see my final results. All in all a complete 5 star experience and I’m excited to return to this clinic for further treatments!

I received an IPL rejuvenation treatment today. Staff were friendly and nice. Their procedure; cleansing, moisturizing, IPL treatment, face mask, moisturizing and sunscreen application. The clinic was clean and the location was excellent. I will come back.
