Fantastic experience for my first time having (BBL) BroadBand Light treatment … a lovely, gentle person; very kind and she explained along the way what she was about to do and where the laser treatment was about to focus on next so you you where she was about to do and gave a short dialogue on what to expect in the next few hours and couple of days as well as advice re going out in the sun etc. BRILLIANT❣️

Kristy was lovely. With a gentle way about her. Explained my treatment thoroughly which I will have after my knee surgery.
