This is my third visit and I am sure there will be many more. I chose to combine my stretch with a session of contrast therapy so I got to chill out in the sauna after my stretch. I felt very relaxed when I left. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone should give this place a try.

Absolutely beautiful experience with a back, neck and shoulder massage along with a head and scalp massage. The room is so cosy, all round good vibes! Such a chilled, relaxing experience from the chat before to the massage itself. Can't wait to come back and try some more treatments! Highly recommended!

The ice bath and saunas are excellent! The saunas did seem to trip off with about 15mins of the booking to go and wasn't fixed by the time we left, also they really need to get some sort of mats down in the changing areas. Those tiles are extremely slippy when wet! Especially when coming out the shower

First time doing combination therapy and left feeling relaxed and energised. Staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There are three plunge pools with different temperature. The ‘warmest’ is 7 degrees and the coldest is 3 degrees. I only went in the 7 degree one and it was pretty cold but managed to get in without too much grimacing and when I was in I got used to it quite quickly. Was very nice to be able to go straight into the sauna after, which was clean, well lit and a perfect temperature to sit in for a good while without feeling too hot.

First time visiting and do not think it will be the last. The therapist was very knowledgable and attentive to my needs throughout the treatment, making sure I remained pain free. Enjoyed being able to attend as a couple and after the stretch enjoyed the contrast sauna and plunge therapy together. Lovely experience

I feel rejuvenated Looser More relaxed, mentally as well as physically. An improved me. The stretching was phenomenal and felt totally relaxed in the therapist's hands. The sauna / plunge pool was a great addition to an already great treatment. I will make this a part of my self help routine. Thank you

What a fab experience! Amy was great and was so patient answering my many questions and gave me suggestions for home stretches. My body felt lovely and flexible after and I’ll definitely return. Would massively recommend!!

I drove past the store a few months ago and was instantly intrigued as to what Stretched had to offer. I finally managed to find some time to arrange an appointment and was really impressed. The facility is remarkable, the furnishing and decor has been completed to a high standard and the bed where you do the session is extremely comfortable. I had Niamh as my therapist and she was great, she focused on making the session specific to my needs which was great and at the end she demonstrated stretches I can do at home. The contrast suite is great, who knew 8 degrees was that cold, never mind 4!

Fantastic experience for us both - really enjoyed the session and both therapists so knowledgeable about the body and various aspects to stretching. Lovely venue and the infrared sauna and cold plunge were fantastic in the basement. Would thoroughly recommend as felt amazing afterwards

Service was excellent. Ice baths and sauna were top notch. Only issue was with the lockers not locking properly but due to the quietness it wasn’t too bad

First visit and will definitely return. Premises are lovely. Changing room and shower area is super. Nice hot shower. The therapist was excellent. Very professional and a great stretched session. I liked the fact that she let me talk or not talk? Sometimes with treatments the therapist just wants to talk. Not this one which is perfect for me. Sometimes you just want peace and quiet and be able to enjoy the experience. I also used the sauna and cold bath. Super.
