We had the most wonderful experience at The Salt Cave Niagara! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Our floating session was so calming, followed by a peaceful time in the beautiful salt cave and a cozy, rejuvenating session in the infrared sauna. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a relaxing and healing atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and full of gratitude. We can’t wait to come back!

Had the Detox and Zen Reset Special today after Salt Cave...thank you Teresa for recommending we come back on this not so busy Saturday! The infrared sauna was a dream I could have stayed in it forever, the cold bucket could have been colder but was nice:) for relief. All the resting space and quiet music really sets a great tone. Bromine water with cucumber and tea afterwards are very refreshing. For the head therapy and facial Brittany was fabulous, as good as an RMT with strong tender hands on my scalp, arms, legs and feet, alhough she did miss one hand. The facial was great.

It was my first visit and it is definitely not going to be my last. The whole experience is so calming and relaxing. I started in the salt cave and ended in the infrared sauna. Great facilities and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Did infrared sauna and salt cave. I have been sick for over a month; after an hour in the salt cave I can breath and my nose is running! Very professional. Would highly recommend

I had the Zen Headspa Ritual with Facial & Foot Massage today at The Healing Salt Cave and it was honestly one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve ever had. The aesthetician explained every step of the service so there were no surprises. The pressure throughout the scalp massage, facial, and foot treatment was absolutely perfect. The head spa treatment itself was amazing, the scalp massage, steam, hair mask, and shampoo felt so luxurious, and my hair feels unbelievably soft and refreshed afterward. The facial left my skin glowing. The entire experience was a 10/10 .

It was pretty good, there were a good 10-15 minutes (5-7 at a time) where the water halo was on me and there was no touching or massage or something, at one point I wondered if she had left the room. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't done by an RMT so I could use my benefits (but that is my fault for not asking/checking).

Great first time experience. I am a 44 year old male who has never been to a spa before and I really enjoyed my three hours here. I did the the infrared sauna, salt cave and the hand & foot salt detox. Whitney was super friendly and helpful and she even served us some tea. Thanks Whitney!

Great experience at Simply Salt! I went in for the Infrared Sauna and was greeted by the lovely staff. The sauna was very clean and so relaxing, I really enjoyed the detox setting it was on and sweat up a storm. I will definitely be coming back for more.

This was my first spray tan and Emily made the experience great. Went over everything I needed to know and made me feel super comfortable during the tan. I am still baking/setting but I am already happy with the initial results!
