The p/t session with Joe was hard on the legs but very satisfying as the quads were painful to stretch and I felt as though I worked hard. thank you

On Tuesday the p/t session was legs comprising bar bell squats; lunges, hip thrusts and hamstrings and quads. All day Wednesday I could feel the muscles had a great workout on the legs. So the session was great! thank you

Had a wonderful p/t session with Joe incorporating cardio and weights and pushing myself to increase the heart beat and overall fitness. many thanks Joe PS Natural Strength has a wonderful ambience and members and staff are all friendly.

Really enjoy the mix of cardio and strength weight p/t session with Joe and have a sense of achievement when the p/t session is over as I certainly wouldn't push myself during the cardio workout if I was working out solo! regards Wendy

I enjoy the personal trainer sessions with Joe. I feel stronger and have more energy thanks to the p/t sessions with Joe and then attending Natural Strength gym four or five times a week for cardio workouts and then strength training. I'm very happy.

The P/T sessions are great as during the P/T session I am pushed to my limit with the weight measurement and the number of repetitions undertaken, e.g. 40 kg weight x 20 repeats x 3. My body is so much stronger and bone density has increased! Thank you Natural Strength! Wendy

My experience at Glow SZN was amazing! I tried the infrared sauna and red light bed — and wow, the results were incredible. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and like a brand new person. Juliana was so kind and helpful throughout the whole visit, which made it even better. The space is beautiful and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back!

Ive been a regular for years, The clinic is always clean and hygienic. I have tried a few places yet always come back here because no one else compares to service and equipment maintenance. My favourite service is the red bed and sauna combo
