I absolutely love charmaine, everytime we visit Breathe she greets us with the biggest smile and best attitude! Love the infrared saunas, the room is big and the lighting is dim and you feel really Zen being in there. Fast forward to cryo, brightly lit and freeeeeezing! Will definitely shock the Zen out of you! Also, love the sodii hydration drink they provide. All round 10 out 10 experience everytime. Thank you

The sauna room is private, clean and incredibly relaxing. 30 minutes felt like 5 and I walked out feeling so calm and refreshed. Thank you to the lovely Sharni for walking me through how to get the most out of my sauna session before starting.

I enjoyed the sauna just not as relaxing as I was hoping due to being able to hear a conversation between two guys. I was told not to turn the tv up load out of respect for the person in the float tank, so respectfully I didn’t turn it on. Just unfortunate the same respect wasn’t given to myself whilst trying the infrared sauna for the first time. Next time I’ll bring my ear buds to block out noise.

Beautiful facilities, so relaxing. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into setting up the sauna rooms, everything has been thought of. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
