Great experience, been a while since I've been in the hairdressers to get my hair done so thought why not treat myself! Rukky was professional throughout, whilst also giving me hair tips and tricks to maintain my style after I leave the salon. Would definitely be back and definitely recommend!

Rukky is a very professional stylist and one who takes great care to listen to her clients' requests and desires for their hair makeovers. Rukky will not hesitate to give professional view and or much needed advice if clients wishes may need to be re considered - by taking this approach, she ensures that her clients end up with the best hair care treatment and finished look. I particularly welcome her strict policy code on client attendance / punctuality. This ensures no undue waiting times and allows Rukky to fully dedicate her expertise to you without interruptions. This was my first time getting my hair done here and I can honestly say it was the best salon experience I have ever had! I had my hair done by Annabel and Rukky the owner also helped when she wasn’t busy. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome and you can tell that they know exactly what they are doing. I usually travel pretty far to get my hair done because there are few people I trust with my hair, but couldn’t due to being heavily pregnant but I will definitely be coming back from now on as I’ve never left a hair appointment so happy with the outcome than today! Thank you so much!!

I visited Ardour hair and beauty on the 28th February. I wanted to go from natural hair to a curly perm as I have arthritis in my hands and will have increasing difficulty taking care of my hair. I had a wash and blow dry with Rukky and she so lovely and welcoming! I thoroughly enjoyed the scalp massage when she was washing my hair and you can tell she's experienced and really knows what she's doing. I love my blow dry and the added curls, I will definitely be going back!

My consultation today with Thami was great. He was personable, professional, answering all my questions and fullly prepared me for my upcoming loc installation. I look forward to starting my loc journey with Locs & Style Studio.

This studio was the best choice for my son to start his locs journey :) The staff at the salon were professional, friendly and gave great advice and Nancy did a sterling job with my son’s hair! He loves his hair and will definitely be going back to maintain it as it grows ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Locs services good (e.g) I like that washing is included in services. Professional locticians, they're timely and good customer service. Always leaving there looking fresh.

Good loc maintenance was one the main reasons for my visit and I feel confident, that my hair will get back to good health from the conversations I had. The style I left with was also just as I wanted so very happy overall that I have found new locticians to help me continue my locs journey.

I love coming to locs and style studio I know that my hair is in good hands. you can tell Nancy cares about your hair i Had some issues with my scalp since I have been coming here I have seen a massive improvement.

First visit to this salon run by Nancy & Tami following a friend’s recommendation. Wash, retwist and style of medium length locs. Super friendly team clearly passionate about natural hair care. Great at responding to queries via phone & WhatsApp. Excellent customer service-on a busy Saturday they fitted me in when I was running late. Offered a choice of drinks, pleasant waiting area, varied background music creates a relaxed vibe. Hope Nancy & Tami will maintain & surpass these standards as they undoubtedly get busier. Based on this initial visit, would go back & would recommend to others!

The stylist was very quick and gave some great advice tips about hair care. The stylist also knew what they were doing and that made the experience more pleasant
