Great experience, been a while since I've been in the hairdressers to get my hair done so thought why not treat myself! Rukky was professional throughout, whilst also giving me hair tips and tricks to maintain my style after I leave the salon. Would definitely be back and definitely recommend!

Rukky is a very professional stylist and one who takes great care to listen to her clients' requests and desires for their hair makeovers. Rukky will not hesitate to give professional view and or much needed advice if clients wishes may need to be re considered - by taking this approach, she ensures that her clients end up with the best hair care treatment and finished look. I particularly welcome her strict policy code on client attendance / punctuality. This ensures no undue waiting times and allows Rukky to fully dedicate her expertise to you without interruptions. I had a really good experience. Kimia really looked after me and she knows how to deal with my hair. Apart from having to wait outside for a while for the door to be opened at the entrance, my experience was nice. She was very attentive, reassuring, kind and friendly. It’s the second time she’s done my HD treatment and my hair is flourishing. Great combination of amazing products, care and great staff who know how to handle natural hair. I’ve been coming for back to back treatments every few months and I’ve noticed a massive improvement to my hair texture, strength and length.

My consultation today with Thami was great. He was personable, professional, answering all my questions and fullly prepared me for my upcoming loc installation. I look forward to starting my loc journey with Locs & Style Studio.

My son's first salon experience. 13yr old new to locs and wanted twists. Mumma can't do everything. Lima offered and provided the full salon experience. The dryer was in his words, 'the worst part, but worth it tho'. Anthony welcomed and blessed him with biscuit and drink. King for a day. He felt comfortable and most important, willing to come back, which is a big deal.

It was lovely, my hairdressers explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. She was engaging.

Good loc maintenance was one the main reasons for my visit and I feel confident, that my hair will get back to good health from the conversations I had. The style I left with was also just as I wanted so very happy overall that I have found new locticians to help me continue my locs journey.

First visit to this salon run by Nancy & Tami following a friend’s recommendation. Wash, retwist and style of medium length locs. Super friendly team clearly passionate about natural hair care. Great at responding to queries via phone & WhatsApp. Excellent customer service-on a busy Saturday they fitted me in when I was running late. Offered a choice of drinks, pleasant waiting area, varied background music creates a relaxed vibe. Hope Nancy & Tami will maintain & surpass these standards as they undoubtedly get busier. Based on this initial visit, would go back & would recommend to others!
