Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I had intial colour consultation with Chris who made me feel welcome and was really helpful advising on colour choices. I had root colour and lowlights done by Erin who did a brilliant job. My hair is soft and glossy and a perfect colour. Thankyou Rehab see you soon

The cut is exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t have asked for more, so pleased with it and I felt consulted and listened to the whole time. The only thing is my appointment time was changed without being asked, luckily I could make the new time but it might not have been that way. I would have appreciated being asked before it was changed and I’m then unable to change it myself

Amazing experience. I had a colour consultation earlier in the week and today the team delivered on everything they promised. It is a really professional and friendly salon and I will definitely be returning, in fact my next appointment is already booked. Verity was amazing. Again from my initial consultation the other week to my actual appointment. Gave great ideas and knew her stuff. Really happy with colour and cut 🥰 Staff were all really friendly, smiley and welcoming. I was on a day off and off mummy duty today and I full on felt relaxed and chilled. Thank you so much 🥰

Following a consultation with Chris, Sofia did a balayage, toner and a cut. The colour and cut is absolutely beautiful. The whole team are welcoming and friendly and Chris and Sofia are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I would highly recommend the salon.

Very positive and good probably the best hairdressers in Coventry.

I don't really trust anyone else in Coventry cutting my hair, but I know I can always count on Lina to do an incredible job, thank you Lina 🙏🏻❤️

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Saira is just fantastic ♥️ ! Love her professionalism and honest suggestions and tips 💯 I have had such a lovely experience each time I’ve been there, so does my friends and family who’ve been there after I recommended Saira😍 Best hairdresser I’ve been to in Coventry so far🙌

I went for a hair consultation for balayage and a hair cut. The hair tech explained and also suggested what would suit me well, without just agreeing to whatever I asked. I then got a face framing haircut and got what was flattering for my face. Looking forward to coming back here. Keep up the good work.
