They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Everyone was sweet angels very encouraging. There was one client that was very mean,though I smiled at her she just looked mean and frowned her nose up also, covered her nose like something stink when I came in. However, the stylists and everyone else was God-fearing women of God who knew how to treat people. Thank you all so much for making me feel confident we laughed and we talked I appreciate you ladies! All of them are great! They're so genuine and talented. Deya was the one who has done my hair twice now and I absolutely love it! I've dyed my hair multiple times before but she is great in talking about what she's doing during the process which can be reassuring to guests who are probably dying their hair for the first time. I wanted more of a neutral blonde and when my hair lightened more warm toned and orangish, she mixed the toner in a way that neutralized the warmth to get me to neutral so she knows what she's doing!

Kayla is amazing as usual! She cut, washed, blow-dried, and straightened my hair. (Which by the way is super long, thick, and curly) She's so welcoming and is always smiling. So easy to talk to and is a vibe every single time. She knows what she is doing and I trust her with all my beauty needs. My hair is always in great hands with Kayla. What I love most about her, is that even on her off days or when she is fully booked, she is willing and ready to accommodate her clients. I just love her and her team overall. Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing. Margaret, is the best hair stylist. She’s very professional, funny and will make you feel like your family. My daughter loves when she does her hair because she says “her edges be on fleek” lol. I came into perfect picture to get a perm in my hair, but once I got there Margaret did a consultation with me and she decided that I didn’t need a perm just a silk press which I loved because she took her time to examine my hair first , so she did the silk press, but not before she did a detangler because it was badly tangled due to old radiation damage … she wasn’t just friendly. She was genuine and comforting. Especially to my hair.. so she did the silk press and it came out so beautiful… I definitely found a true angel someone who’s dedicated to her work and yes, I definitely will be back
