Ambience- wonderful my kind of music, relaxing ballads and jazz standards from the 50s to 80s. Hair cut was carefully considered by Simpson who asked about wish list but was honest about what would work and what wouldn’t and why. Shampoo and head massage thorough and therapeutic. Pity about the uncomfortably hard head rest of the recliner which needs a padded cushion to improve the experience. The colour combination of raspberry highlights n elderberry rest of head was inspired in part from input from Bao who was doing my nails as she is observant n client centric.

He dyed my hair fantastically & get the perfect cut that fits my face. He also educated me about blonde aftercare. Also suggested to me the best yet affordable aftercare products. Very satisfied with my cut and color with Apple! She was able to give good advice on the type of cut I should go for, to achieve my desired look. Nice and cosy location in old school neighborhood, with the original Tiong Hoe cafe nearby for a cuppa after.
