I have been with Zoera for 2 years since I'm living in Cyberjaya. Never had done any treatment other than basic facial somewhere in the country where I was staying. I had such a wonderful experience here. I originally booked my apt for Thursday, but due to family emergency, I had to reschedule last minute.The team was so understanding and accommodating, even adjusting my time twice. I truly appreciated their kindness and consideration. They were very warm and reassuring. I did a lash lift and brow dye, and I honestly love the results,even better than my previous visit. The staff who attended to me was very professional and skilled. My brows especially turned out beautifully. Tq for the great service and for being so thoughtful. It really meant a lot to me

Super love the outcome every single time. The lash lift honestly lasts two months on me - u gotta use tarte tubing mascara & use the in-store pestana jelly oil every night (best!!). The brow dye tho would stay max 4 days on me. I have very sparse n light brows so that’s understandable. But I usually get it done before a trip. And my therapist is very well trained n such a perfectionist. My brow area is so clean I could never done that myself. Just a tiny bit of a feedback - perhaps a calmer and quieter ambience could enhance the overall experience other than that it’s def my monthly go to

This was my first time visiting the salon for hair coloring, and I had such a great experience! The stylist, Moy Charlena, was super friendly and explained everything clearly before starting — especially about the bleaching and coloring process that would take a few hours. I really appreciated that because it showed how careful and professional she was. She also suggested an amazing color, and the result turned out so beautiful! Even though it took quite a while, she paid attention to every little detail and made sure everything was perfect, even after her shift had ended. Truly appreciate it❤

I went in for coloring and a trim. During the salon I was so sleepy as it was relaxing vibe. The salon was professional and they took care of me. I have naturally curly 2b/2c, high porosity asian hair. First time in here in Malaysia to experience a salon embracing texture and fluff without nasty comments about my natural hair.
