I had such a great experience and absolutely love my hair! After some bad experiences with previous hairdressers, I was quite nervous, but she really listened to what I wanted and achieved exactly the look I was hoping for. She was so lovely, friendly, and professional throughout, making me feel completely at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the result and will 100% be returning for future appointments. Loraine is a specialist. I have been on the planet a substantial number of years and have always had thick and short hair. Ever since Lorraine has been cutting it, I am relaxed and comfortable for the longest times. Even when it grows longer it never loses shape! She assesses and works her magic with her skill and experience every time!
