Honestly the best balayage I’ve done in London (I’ve done a lot!!) and also an amazing salon experience. Tatsu knew exactly what I wanted even though it was difficult for me to find reference pictures and explain what I liked, but he did a perfect job. He tailored the color and approach to my hair too, and to my limitations (eg going away for an extended period so needing a style that could do with outgrowth). The other salon staff were so friendly and welcoming, all around an amazing and luxurious experience. My go-to salon from now on.

Absolutely blown away with the service i received today at Crab Salad. Lizzy really took to time to help decide the best colour to go for and results show her talent is there, I’m so happy with my hair. The staff were all friendly and completely engaged with the random topics i would bring up. Can’t wait to come here again and go on another adventure with lizzy. Truly the best Salon in Peckham or even London i would say. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their hair done.

Paula is absolutely fantastic! I am naturally quite dark and routinely get blonde highlights and toner and Paula does my hair perfectly every single time. I am incredibly picky and have visited numerous salons across london including in Mayfair in search of a stylist that could achieve the blonde I wanted and feel so lucky to have found Paula. After a number of botched highlights jobs, Paula was also able to get me to where I wanted to be and did so while keeping my hair healthy. Thank you so much, Paula!

Rosie’s been the only person who I trust with my hair for a while now and I’m so glad she’s moved to this delightful salon in east london. Absolute miracle worker! Where has she been all my life? Haha. But.. no, seriously ? I’ve been looking for an all in one colourist and stylist in a private setting in London for a while now. Kay is kind, empathic, a great listener, funny.. and a genius with colour correction and cut. A true artists on so many levels! Pop is the most relaxed, fun, creative, friendly, happy salon, in fact probably the best hairdressers in London. And that's down to the music, coffee, tea, the art (which changes every few months) the people, my top talented hairdresser Kosi who always starts with a supportive consultation and does a brilliant job of colour and cut. Then there's the ecological aspect, with Pop's use of natural products as well as being an aesthetically considered environment where everything, from the barber chairs to the teacups, is repurposed.

I received a conditioning treatment with my silk press, and my hair feels amazing, it’s so soft and beautiful! This is HANDS DOWN the BEST SILK PRESS I have had in London (I’ve gone to two other places)!!!! I’m from Los Angeles and New York, and I get my hair done once a week, so I can workout.
