I hadn't been for a haircut for 2 years, I'd previously had a bad experience somewhere else so I was very anxious about finding somewhere new. My mum recommended Katie so I booked in and I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure. Katie calmed me straight away. She talks to you depth about what you want. I'm absolutely over the moon.
