I visited this hair salon for the first time today because I was in desperate need of a trim. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get an appointment so quickly. As a first-time customer, I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I walked in. The stylist (Arran) listened to what I wanted and suggested a few flattering options, and I left with a haircut I’m really happy with. My hair feels refreshed, healthy, and exactly what I needed. I’m definitely coming back for future cuts and touch-ups.

kirsty has been my hairdresser for a long time and she gives a very a very professional , friendly experience. Kirsty goes above and beyond for her clients and is at the top of her game. All the staff are warm, talented and welcoming. I would say you don't just get a really great hair cut, you get a great atmosphere and a quality experience. I won't use any other hair salon and these are the reasons I stay a loyal client. All the girls seem very passionate about what they do and it shows in their practice. I would highly recommend.

Great hairdresser and a really cool location. Kaitlyn does an amazing job and is easy to chat to while you’re there. You can tell she really cares about her work and running her own business. Highly recommended.

Arren does a great job on my hair. Both him and kirsty are top stylist. Arren gives a friendly ,professional experience and is dedicated to giving you a service of high quality. Ive not been going to Arren for long but cant fault his work. I would recommend Arren, he is Aplus in his approach.

1st time for me with this stylist. Friendly but not over talkative which was really appreciated at the end of a busy day. Focused on what was asked for and the best way to deliver it, as well as constantly checking in that the progress was what I wanted. For the first time in a long time, I actually left with a cut that brought out my curls and felt and looked really good. Thank you ☺️ Definitely a repeat visit for me

Absolutely fantastic experience today! Amarni took her time with flawless attention to detail and the result was honestly A1 – best haircuts each time, every-time, true consistency as always. Her professionalism and friendly approach made the whole experience great. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a perfect job for her clients, very talented indeed. I brought my two daughters in for haircuts and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The stylist was so gentle and patient, really listened to what we wanted, and made the girls feel relaxed. Their cuts turned out great — thank you!

I took my 1.5 year old daughter for her first haircut after reading all the positive reviews. Kayleigh was excellent with my little girl; she was very friendly, calm and took her time. Amy brought over an iPad so my daughter could watch Peppa Pig and feel even more relaxed. I’ll be taking my daughter back to Ventura for all of her haircuts in the future. Excellent service and brilliant price for a 30 min appointment. Would recommend to all.
