Clare was as always a true professional. Clare explained the process at each stage even though i have had the permanent make up done previously. This was so reassuring and put me at ease. Clare made sure I was happy with the shape of my eyebrows and the colour for my lips before she started. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for this service. You know you are in safe hands. I had a pedicure with Katie today and it was absolutely amazing!! She helped me choose the best colour for my wedding toes (steering me in the right direction!) and was extremely warm, friendly and very professional. I cannot wait to go back for another treatment. This is the best beauticians I have found for a very long time.

What a wonder! Really! Alice really understands hair - and curly hair, which is pretty hard to understand from almost all hairdressers. She made the whole experience pleasurable and she completely understood the brief of sorting out my home-cut hair. I really suspect this is a complete gem hidden in Ilkley. I shouldn't praise so highly as now i'll never get a free booking, but she really is fabulous, and now, thanks to her...so is my hair!

As always fantastic results. Rachel is a genius, always knows how to sort out my unruly hair. A brilliant hairdresser who listens and manages to sort a bad hair day into a dream.
