Faith did my hair today and she was great! She was really friendly and professional. And talked me through the whole process, which is what I value the most! I was a bit apprehensive at first, but Faith worked her magic and gave me a new look that I’m so happy with. I had a root colour to blend my regrowth, along with an Olaplex treatment and a toner on my blonde, and I’m really pleased with how it all turned out. I’ll definitely be booking with Faith again. Highly recommend!

She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Went in and asked for highlights with it being one of the first times dying my hair, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. But Sophia did an absolutely amazing job and did my hair exactly how I wanted it without me even giving her a reference photo or even a colour. The staff were very friendly and had great hospitality. This is my first time coming to this salon and Zoe was the most nicest hairdresser I have ever come across. I got root colour with half head highlights and let me tell you I trusted her with her recommendations and the result was absolutely beautiful. Love this friendly hairdressers, they make you feel welcome and explain everything well. I was mad to feel comfortable during my appointment and my Yuv colour and root retouch was excellent. Just the pick me up I needed! Would recommend this salon very highly. Easy to get to on public transport too.
