Been going to Jacky since I found her ad in the local Bedford newspaper and the salon was located in the Arcade. Now the salon is located on Castle Lane with the sun streaming into the salon when the sun is shining like today. I stepped out of the Salon today after my haircut feeling amazing! Thank you Jacky!

Had my first Hollywood wax with Claire today and she was amazing! Made me feel really comfortable straight away, super calm and friendly throughout. She talked to me the whole time which really helped distract me and made the experience so much easier than I expected. Really happy with the results too - will definitely be coming back! ☺️

As always I left feeling pampered. When I first went to Jacky disappointed with my previous hairdressers loc install, she reassured me it could be made better and explained that with over time she could get me the results I wanted. That was almost two years ago and I have not been disappointed. From my first visit, I noticed the professional care and attention she gave me and I knew I was in safe hands. My locs are now uniform, long, healthy and I can shake them with pride.
