Olivia is great! She listened to everything I said and did exactly that. She understood what I was looking for and made sure that I was happy at the end. Her head massage is strong which I love. Felt comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. Took the time to not be on my phone and just relax. For anyone visiting: Downtown Vancouver is tough for parking so keep that in mind when planning the time of the trip. I went from being 10 mins early to being late 😅.

Went in for highlights and left super satisfied. I had a style in mind and Brooke delivered pretty much exactly what I had pictured. Brooke was very lovely and explained things to me very clearly as it was my first time doing something like this. Will 100% return if I decide to do something like this again. My appointment with Melanie was wonderful. Very friendly and skilled. Spent time asking what I was wanting for my cut and colour. Checked in regularly and made adjustments as required. Very open and easy to talk with. Love how my hair turned out!
